YouthSportCV is a transnational initiative led by UFEC that brings together organisations from seven European countries working in the fields of sport, youth, and employability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project partnership includes the&nbsp;<strong>European Non-Governmental Sports Organisation \u2013 Youth (ENGSO Youth)<\/strong>&nbsp;from Sweden (based in Lithuania), the&nbsp;<strong>Association for International Sport for All (TAFISA)<\/strong>&nbsp;from Germany, the&nbsp;<strong>European University Sports Association (EUSA)<\/strong>&nbsp;from Slovenia, the&nbsp;<strong>European Association of Sport Employers (EASE)<\/strong>&nbsp;from France, the&nbsp;<strong>Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sport \u2013 Department of International Relations and EU Policies (GM)<\/strong>&nbsp;from Greece, and the&nbsp;<strong>Sport Evolution Alliance (SEA)<\/strong>&nbsp;from Portugal, together with UFEC as the coordinating organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project aims to improve the employability of young people, with a particular focus on NEETs (young people not in education, employment, or training), by recognising the soft skills acquired through sports participation. YouthSportCV will develop innovative digital tools, including a self-assessment platform, digital certification, and online training for coaches. In addition, pilot programmes will be implemented in Barcelona, Lisbon, and Athens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The initiative promotes inclusion, gender equality, and European values, in line with the priorities of the Erasmus+ Sport programme.&nbsp;TAFISA is proud to be part of this project that strengthens the social impact of sport while creating tangible pathways to employment for young people across Europe.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last week, the Kick-Off Meeting of the European project&nbsp;YouthSportCV&nbsp;was held at the headquarters of the Union of Sports Federations of Catalonia (UFEC).
